Bond Construction Corp. was established in 1964 by Joseph Hubacz Sr. and his two sons, Joseph Hubacz Jr. and Edward Hubacz, who named the company after the hill that overlooked the family's farm. The Hubacz family has owned and operated the company for 60 years and is now into its fourth generation. In the early years, Bond operated on a plot of land next to Klem's and what is known today as Route 49 in Spencer, MA. Initially, Bond was soley a site contractor, manufactoring aggregates for its own needs. After realizing the high demand locally for quality aggregates, Bond transitioned into only being a producer. In 1972, Bond relocated to its current location on Route 31 N in Spencer, MA.

Today, Bond continues to grow and expand as a small producer, opening its doors to the general public, catering to home owners and contractors alike. Here at our main maufacturing plant, we produce a variety of top-quality aggregate products for construction, building, landscaping, development projects, and weekend-warrier undertakings. Our asphalt plant, in operation from April through November, batches to order, ensuring the proper mix for your paving job. Delivery service is available for all our products throughout Massachusetts. Our fleet includes three dump trailers and eight ten-wheeler dump trucks, so no job is too big or too small. We offer next day delivery and, when available, same day delivery. You are also welcome to come in and pick up material yourself.

We pride ourselves on customer service, which in today's fast pace world has seemed to go by the wayside. Here at Bond, you are sure to find knowledgeable and friendly staff to assist you in the selection and delivery of the top-quality product that best fits your project needs. Bond Construction Corp. is the go to place "where everyone goes for their piece of the earth".
